Our hard money and bridge loans provide up to $100 million in working capital. These loans come with interest-only amortization and 80% loan-to-value (LTV). Interest rates are variable and are capped at 14%.
This program provides anywhere from $10 million to over $100 million in permanent financing for construction projects. It is geared toward principles with prior equity experience.
Equity and Mezzanine Financing
Investors with ample capital sources and high net worth may qualify for $5 million to over $100 million in financing. We customize this product to meet the unique needs of each client.
Borrow up to $50 million through Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities. Investors purchase issued bonds from a trust of pooled, securitized properties to fund the program. We offer fixed terms and low interest rates.
We finance international transactions ranging from about $50 million to $1 billion in value. Our consultants have experience in the Eurasian and European markets.
These programs offer up to $100 million in funding for owner-occupied real estate and stabilized investment properties. Qualifying properties include self-storage facilities, mobile home parks, multifamily housing and industrial buildings.
FHA and HUD Lending
These non-recourse loans offer up to $50 million in financing with full amortization and fixed, low interest rates. Purchase, renovate or build healthcare facilities, senior housing and multifamily rental properties.
SBA 7a and 504 Loans
Owner-occupied properties, non-flagged hotels and flagged hotels may qualify for this program. Qualified applicants access 25-year terms and low interest rates.
